By way of insurance all our publically available sites are entered into our monthly publication “Development Matters” which has a circulation of approximately 1,000 copies.
Presentation is important but so is gathering together the technical information we know will need to be available before buyers will exchange contracts so we always like to have available as much technical information on ground conditions, utilities and any abnormal costs so that we can quickly answer prospective buyers questions and make subsequent legal processes smoother.
