PLANNING - East Devon District Council granted Planning Permission (Ref.16/1998/FUL) for the existing four-storey dwelling to be subdivided into 3 apartments with the addition of 3 new dwellings to form a courtyard development around the existing house on 20th June 2017.

The method of sale is flexible, and although the owner’s preference would be to either retain plot E or both plots D and E (the two western plots) for herself, offers are invited. Consideration would be given to offers for the whole property or the main house and the Coach House plot to the east of the house, or to include plot D in the north west corner of the site. Consideration may also be given to offers for the whole with either a build contract or joint venture arrangement of some form whereby the owner retains the eventual house on plot E with a sum of cash up front.
