This development site, set in the sought after village of Swimbridge in North Devon had outline planning approval for the development of five new houses - the planning permission has recently lapsed. Offers are therefore invited, subject to approval of a new outline application (for the same scheme of 5 dwellings) currently being submitted by the owners.
