Kitchener Land and Planning are delighted to offer for sale two attractive agricultural fields located on the outskirts of Broadclyst in East Devon. Both fields offer independent access onto the adjacent lane to the west and in addition there is a separate access gate linking the two fields.

The smaller of the two fields was partly planted as an orchard in c. 2006 and extends to c. 1.46 ha / 3.60 acres.
