Clyst Honiton - Plot Adjacent To The Old School

The plot is located within Clyst Honiton, a small village just to the east of Exeter near the Airport. The road to the front of the plot is now a no-through road since the south east end of the road was recently blocked up following the construction of the Clyst Honiton bypass.

It also showed plot dimensions of approximately 11.47m x 32.14m (although all dimensions should be checked on site).

Outline planning permission was granted on 18th November 2021 via an appeal (Ref.APP/U1105/W/21/3279651) following a decision by East Devon District Council on 8th July 2021 to refuse permission. The appeal was allowed in accordance with the terms of the application (Ref.21/1125/OUT) and subject to the planning conditions detailed.
