Kingskerswell - Development Site For 27 Dwellings

This is a very attractive greenfield residential development site set on the south-eastern edge of Kingskerswell and extending to some 1.35 hectares (3.34 acres). The site is allocated for residential development in the Teignbridge Local Plan under policy KK2 and outline planning consent was approved in 2018. Subsequently, a reserved matters application (ref. 20/00285/MAJ) was approved in 2021 for the development of 27 dwellings, 21% of which are to be affordable (6 dwellings) and 1 is to be a self-build plot. Access to the site is to be provided via the recent and adjoining Kings Field development which in turn provides access onto Charles Road, with easy links to the major road network and the A380.

A further section of land to the east of the development will be sold with the site.
