Cornwall Council granted Outline Planning Permission (Ref.PA15/03833) for 7 dwellings at the former Troon Cricket Club, Laity Road, Troon, TR14 9EL on 28th July 2015.
A subsequent application (Ref. PA16/03436) for reserved matters for approval of access following outline permission PA15/03833 for seven dwellings was approved on 20th July 2016.
A pre-application enquiry for a revised proposal for a terrace of 7 houses was submitted to Cornwall Council (Ref.PA16/03477/PREAPP) on 2nd December 2016 and received a positive response.
A reserved matters application (ref.PA17/11813) for a terrace of 7 houses was approved on 23rd January 2018.
An application was submitted to discharge conditions 3 (ground stability) and 6 (boundary treatment) - (ref. PA17/11988).
